Alivia is graduating from my Alma Mater, Westerville South! She is a member of the marching band, Class 2018! We shot her senior session in German Village, centering it around Frank Fetch Park in Columbus, Ohio.
Sam Antics styled this photoshoot for the "NO' is a complete sentence" theme. A woman doesn't owe anyone a response, a number, a smile, or her body. Shot in Weiland Park Neighborhood, Columbus, Ohio.
I went to middle and high school with Justin, so we go waaaaaay back! We met early on a Sunday at the Scioto Mile downtown Columbus. We did not expect the road closures from the "pink ribbon" themed fundraiser walk, nor the snow fencing blocking off a large portion of the open areas at the Scioto River-adjacent location, but as always, we made it work!
It took a minute to get Justin to open up and relax, but Lydia turned on the charm like a light switch! The easy going nature of this couple made it so easy to enjoy shooting that day, even with the unforeseen difficulties.
Justin and Lydia are getting married on her parent's property in West Virginia next summer.
Eleanor's 1 year old shoot was special to me because her daddy is a friend of mine. We also shot the session at a location I had not yet shot! Eleanor was such a peach about the whole thing and last through a 1.5 hour session with her extended family as well! She has quite the expressive eyebrows and definitely brought those out during her shoot.
The whole Rivera family is quite photogenic and they all brought their A game. Jeffery Mansion in Bexley is certainly a breathtaking location and I am thankful my clients were willing to meet so early on a Sunday because the light was absolutely perfect! I can't wait to shoot there again!
Hunter is interested in modeling, so when we shot his senior portraits, we took that opportunity to also shoot some for his portfolio!
Additionally, his family were chomping at the bit to get THEIR portraits taken! Haha, not! Hope does not really like getting her picture taken, but she was a trooper!
